How to Unlock
Use the wine/drinking activity in the Blissful Retreat / Harvestfall route until your character reaches the required drunken conditions, including Wasted and Alcohol Poisoning.
Tip
This is a condition-based unlock rather than a normal chest pickup. Keep progressing the drinking interaction until the required states register.
