Short Description

Rainwhisper turns shield-based tank and sustain setups into stronger hybrid damage/support builds. Its baseline Critical Damage and healing bonus is always useful, while maintaining an HP shield unlocks the much larger secondary bonus.

This makes it especially strong with Moonflare, where regular shield generation lets Rainwhisper stay in its stronger state during prolonged encounters.

Rainwhisper excels in tank, sustain and hybrid roles during long encounters. It rewards players who can keep an HP shield active while continuing to deal damage or provide healing, making it particularly effective in co-op boss fights and attrition-heavy encounters.

Thundercry Blade and Stormbreaker Spear are natural fits because their defensive playstyle complements shield uptime. Panacea Fan can also turn the set into a stronger support hybrid by taking advantage of the healing increase.

Best fit: shield tanks, tank/sub-DPS hybrids, healer hybrids, prolonged boss fights and co-op setups where survivability matters more than pure burst.
